Duncan Park Director

The Episcopal Diocese of West Texas, headquartered in San Antonio, serving central and south Texas, owns, and operates three camp and conference centers. We are seeking a Director for Duncan Park, our small, seasonal youth camp and retreat center located 25 miles northwest of Boulder, Colorado in the Rockies at an elevation of 9500 ft. on the banks of the beautiful St. Vrain River. This position is responsible for overseeing the facilities, staff and programs. We are looking for a leader who knows Christian hospitality, understands adventure programming and enjoys living off the grid. The position is a full time, salaried job living late May through early October in Colorado and remote the rest of the year, with seasonal on-site housing and excellent benefits.
